A New Follower

You may have noticed, we have a new follower/subscriber to the blog. I hope everyone can give a good welcome to Elder Rexy, all that wish to welcome this Elder, please give a show of the uplifted right hand. Thank You. Now, a few words from Elder Rexy.
Ahem. Thank you, Brothers and Sisters. As Elder Rexy indicated, I have subscribed to, or in other words, am following this blog. The reason is clear. Elder Rexy is obviously an enlightened individual, called by the Lord to teach His gospel and bring the lost sheep back into the fold. I for one am interested in the missionary dealings of the Third Ward, as I believe it is the responsibility of all of us to be "Member Missionaries" and hope that you all will follow suit, showing the support Bishop Higgins would, I'm sure, expect of you, though he hasn't exactly expressed that sentiment, yet; But he will. That being said, I will now turn the time back over to Elder Lexy.
Thank you, Elder Lexy. There is no new business to be conducted, also there are no investigators, and as of yet only one Less Active Member that we are in contact with. On our last encounter his comments were of a nature that I cannot repeat here, so in closing I ask that we all try our best to find a less active that I and my companion, if I ever get one, can work with. And if by some miracle you come across someone in the Stake area that is NOT a member, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

Greetings!

Well hello there Brothers and Sisters! It's just wonderful to be here in the Third Ward. Well...maybe not wonderful. I mean, the brethren could have picked better places for me to serve. Like outside of my my home state. Heck, outside of my home stake would have been nice. Not only did I NOT get to ride on a plane to the MTC, I didn't get to ride on a plane to my mission! Seriously! They didn't even put me on a bus! They made me knock doors all the way to the Mission Home! I pointed out that I didn't have a companion, and they pointed out that pretty much every house I knocked on would have the priesthood.
Still, I'm soooooo happy to be here. Well, to be here, and not...say...in some dirty third world country. Like France. I couldn't imagine living under those standards.
Anyway, my area covers the whole stake, but I've been assigned mainly to the 3rd Ward, and I have to say, I have a lot of admiration for Bishop Higgins. I hope I have enough admiration to be invited on the Ward Boat...*hint hint*. I haven't met everyone, but I'm sure I'll have a lot of admiration for all of you, except maybe Brother Siepert, who is a regular commandment breaker, or so I've heard. And I heard it from enough people that it must be true. Oh, I probably won't admire Brother Tibble either. But I'm pretty sure I will have a lot, I mean a LOT of admiration for Tabitha...and Janelle too, if I'm lucky!
